Your new ClubFest
We’re really pleased that we have been able to bring you our new ClubFest event at the
stunning grounds of Belvoir Castle. For many years our annual Club get-together has been
known as The National and this has served us well. The Club recognises that times have
moved on with many of our members going to different festivals across the county. We
now feel that the time is right to move in this direction too. This offers the opportunity to
provide a less formal approach across the event, with an outdoor stage and seating areas
with some great free entertainment during the day and evening and lots of other free
activities that will all be part our new All-inclusive pricing package for the full four days.
Many of your favourite activities will still be there for you at ClubFest.
Of course, the core of the event is our sense of community and meeting old and new friends
alike, so we’ve kept the pitching areas in line with previous events and under Divisional and
Regional areas. We also have areas where you can mix with other members outside of
Divisions and Regions.
Our event this year will be themed around the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and there will be
various activities throughout the event, so we hope you can join us to help celebrate this
And new for 2022 we’ve also given you an opportunity to stay with us on a campsite for five
days before the main event. Whilst the main village will still be being built, you’ll have the

Frequently asked questions
Why have you changed the name?
The National is evolving into a four-day festival-style event. There is new, all-inclusive
pricing, while in addition to all the fun and great facilities you’d expect we’ve refreshed the
activities and entertainment on offer – including the introduction of an outdoor stage – to
appeal to a wide variety of visitors.
As this is a significant change in format, the Club felt that the time was right for a new
name. ClubFest reflects the new festival feel and the fact that this is still our flagship event.
What can I expect at ClubFest?
We’ll have a huge range of entertainment and activities for you, your family and friends to
enjoy. However you choose to spend your four days we’ll try and give you the best possible
outdoor festival experience.
Stunning location: Soak up the atmosphere in the magnificent grounds of enchanting Belvoir
Castle, Leicestershire, in the heart of central England.
Access all areas: The all-inclusive, value for money, four-day festival ticket provides access
to all areas of ClubFest including entertainment, activities, trade stands, food stalls and
Community and culture: Socialise with old friends, make new ones and immerse yourself in
the Club’s culture. Enjoy festival fun and new experiences while making lifelong memories.
Entertainment for all: The Arena will host a variety of live entertainment during the day and
evening, plus fun activities for all ages.
How can I get a ticket?
ClubFest tickets are now on sale at an all-inclusive price of £195, which covers two adults, a
pitch and access to the on-site entertainment for the duration of the festival. Children
(under the age of 17) go free. (The price for one adult and a pitch is £145, and additional
adults in the party will be charged a total of £50 per person for the duration.)

What time can I arrive?
Clubfest: Wednesday 1 June from 08:00.
When do I have to leave?
Clubfest: Sunday 5 June by 13:00
Late Departure: Monday 6 June by 13:00*

What if I arrive late?
Arrivals after 22:00 on your day of arrival will be pitched on a temporary pitch with no
electric hook up. You will then be moved to your permanent pitch on the following day
when there is light, and it is safe to do so.
Can I choose where to pitch (e.g. next to my friend)?
Of course – however, pitches are laid out in Centre groups so make sure that you are
booked within the same Centre as each other and also arrive together, as you will be
pitched on arrival. You can read up more on Centres here.
Your Pitch Information
Will I have access to electricity?
All pitches contain an electrical hook-up (6 amps). Guests can use hairdryers, TVs, kettles,
toasters etc – but not at the same time! A leaflet will be provided to guests detailing the
approximate amperage on the day.
How big are the pitches?
All pitches are 11m x 10m grass – large enough to accommodate one caravan, campervan or
motorhome, plus a car and an awning.
Are there any hardstanding pitches?
Not on this occasion, grass pitches only are available.
Is there water available?
Fresh water is available from standpipes situated at the service points around the site
Is waste disposal available?
We provide guests with full waste disposal facilities for your black, grey and dry waste
Are there any shower and toilet blocks?
Unfortunately, due to the temporary nature of the site there are no shower/toilet blocks*
therefore your own sanitation is essential. *Toilet facilities are available within the main
central area known as ‘The Village’ for use when attending the daytime and evening events.
Facilities are unavailable after 11pm.
Can I use my own generator?
No – all pitches have electricity therefore a generator is not required.
Is there a Motorhome Service point available?
No. There will be elsen points available only.
Can I change my pitch?
Once you have arrived on site, you will not be able to change your pitch. Please see booking
terms and conditions for more information.
Can I have a barbecue (BBQ)?
We do ask that you only use purpose made BBQs and keep them raised off the grass,
removing the risk of fire. No open fires allowed at any time.
What time does the village area open?
The Village area will be open from 10am on Wednesday 1 June.
Are dogs allowed?
Most certainly – we even have a Fun Dog Show! You must keep them on a lead at all times
though. We encourage responsible dog ownership by providing doggie waste disposal bins.
Is the site wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, but please bear in mind that the rural nature of the site means the ground may not
always be even. We do have a special Blue Badge area located near the village area which
does have limited availability, booking early is recommended.
There is wheelchair friendly WCs in The Village too. Please note that there is no scooter hire
service on site.
I don’t want to stay for the duration, can I just book for 2 days?
Unfortunately, no this is a standalone event with a fixed fee. Guests must pay for the full
duration of the event (Wednesday to Sunday) regardless of how many nights you stay on

How do I book a pitch?
You can book via our booking page or by telephoning the dedicated booking

How do I know what pitch to book? (Centre pitching)
Guests who would like to pitch next to someone should pitch with their Centre. All pitches
are now ‘pitch on arrival’ only. We will no longer accept linked bookings. Guests will be
pitched in their local Centre within regional blocks. Please specify what Centre you would
like to be in or you will be allocated the Centre closest to your postcode.

Can I change my booking/pitch?
If you change your mind and want to be booked with a different Centre, call the ClubFest
booking line on 01342 336 666 before 1 March 2022 and our team will do their best to
accommodate you (subject to availability).
Please note that once you have arrived on site, you will not be able to change your pitch.

What are the payment methods?
Whether you book online or by phone, we accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards.
Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellations made before 8 April 2022 will be refunded minus an admin charge of £40.00
per booking. Cancellations made after 8 April 2022 can not be refunded. All cancellations
must be confirmed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Tickets will be refunded in full If the event is cancelled due to local or national Government
restrictions relating to Covid-19.
Tickets will be refunded minus the £40.00 admin charge or transferred to Clubfest 2023 if
you and/or your party cannot attend due to local or national Government restrictions,
including self isolation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book the pre-event campsite only?
No, this is an additional option for Clubfest bookings.
Can I book for less than 5 days?
No, pitches must be booked for the full 5 day period.
Arriving and Pitching
Does the campsite have a dedicated entrance?
Access for the campsite will be separate from the main access for traffic to the remainder of
the Clubfest site, although it will still be in use as an exit by Estate staff and other vehicles.
Directions to the appropriate entrance will be provided with your documentation and the
route will be signposted.
What facilities are provided in the campsite?
All pitches will have an EHU connection, a fresh water supply and disposal facilities for grey
wastewater, Elsan waste and dry waste. Please note there will be no toilet or shower
facilities available within the campsite.
When can we arrive?
Gates will open at 08.00 on Friday 27 May 2022. Arrivals after 22.00 will be pitched in a
temporary location without EHU and moved to a pitch the following morning.
How are pitches allocated?
All pitches are allocated on arrival, filling the block from front to back. If you want to pitch
with another outfit you should arrange to arrive together.
Is there any special equipment required for the campsite?
No, but as the campsite is set in parkland, so wedges may be required to level outfits. Most
pitches will be within 25m of the EHU point, but a spare cable should be carried in case it is
Is the campsite part of the normal block system or is it a completely separate location?
The campsite is part of the block system and is conveniently located for access to the main
event area. However, the remainder of the Clubfest site will be operating under
Construction Industry Safety Regulations and there will be no access for anyone not
involved in that work. Any other areas of the estate that are normally accessible by visitors
will be available for members in the campsite to enjoy.
Can outfits move to Regional Blocks once Clubfest starts?
No, it will not be possible to relocate outfits from the campsite, they will have to remain on
the same pitch until they leave the event.
Is there any entertainment in the campsite?
There will not be any organised entertainment, but visitors are encouraged to socialise and
make the most of their leisure time.
